Welcome to Narc Survival 101
A place for Victims and Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse, Domestic Abuse, or any form of Toxic-style relationships, in search of answers and Mental Health Wellness.
Narc Survival 101 is a safe haven for anyone in search of support, following traumatic experiences, involving relationships of emotional, psychological, and physical abuse.
Abuse comes in all forms and can come from ANYONE. And regardless of who it comes from, the aftermath can be extremely detrimental to our mind, body, and spirit.
Well, I'm here to tell you that though it may seem impossible, healing is not only achievable, but effective healing will totally reconstruct you into the person you are meant to be.
With that being said, I will say this, I am a tough cookie and my primary goal is not only to be the support you'd need, but give it to you straight. I don't believe in sugarcoating anything (I think you've had enough of that already) and I DO believe in the saying "The truth shall set you free". I will always be honest with you and give my most unbiased thoughts on any situation (which means placing accountability where it needs to be).
Narc Survival 101 is meant to give you answers and tips on how to maneuver around different forms of abuse, with the minimal "carnage" (we like to keep things as cordial as possible). You will learn different signs, tactics, and ways to respond as well as ways to avoid Narcissistic Abuse (or further abuse), and hopefully get to where you NEED to be.
